The below terms and conditions apply to any contract between Ostend Clothing Ltd and the sale of our goods to you, the customer. Please read these terms and conditions carefully and make sure that you understand them before placing an order with us. If you refuse any of these terms, you must not buy products from our website. By placing an order with us, you are accepting these terms. 

Our website guides you through the processes needed in order to place an order with us. Throughout this process, you have the ability to amend, delete or change the number of pieces you’d like to order. Please carefully check through your basket before finalising any orders. 

Shipping, delivery & returns

Our standard shipping time is 3-5 working days within the UK. We offer next working day delivery within the UK for orders placed before 12.00pm the day previous (weekdays only).  

We are convinced that you will love your purchase, but in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied, please email info@ostendclothing.com with your name, order number and reason for returning before you return your goods. We will offer you an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. We can only accept returns where the product comes back to us in its original condition, with all tags still attached.

Consumer rights

As a consumer, you withhold the right to return your product within 14 days of delivery. For more information regarding refunds and returns, please refer to our section named ‘shipping, delivery & returns’. 

If the product is out of stock or if there was a price error on our website, we will inform you via email. If you have already paid for the product, we will refund you and any delivery costs as soon as possible. 

Price

The price of each product on the website does not include delivery costs. Delivery costs are laid out for the customer in full at the checkout, before you confirm your order. For more information on delivery charges, please refer to our section named ‘shipping, delivery & returns’. 

Import charges

Please note that international orders, ordered anywhere outside of the UK (including the EU), may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they have reached their destination country. We do not cover this cost, nor do we take any responsibility for this cost. These costs are determined by the receiving country and costs of this kind vary from country to country, therefore we cannot give any recommendation or advice on these charges. If you have any specific queries, we recommend getting in touch with your local customs office.

These materials include, but are not limited to, the photographs, images, illustrations, text, copy, video clips, audio clips, designs, logos, and other materials on the site.

You are expressly prohibited from copying, editing, transmitting, uploading or incorporating any Ostend Clothing Ltd materials into any other materials. You are also prohibited from removing, modifying, altering or using any registered or unregistered of the above mentioned materials. 

Faulty goods

We take pride in the quality of our fabrics and manufacturing and have strict quality control before any goods are sent to customers. In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible on info@ostendclothing.com with your name, order number and pictures of the fault or damage. Any returns due to personal fault or normal wear and tear will not be accepted. 

Protection of data

We will never ask for any information from you, unless you sign up to our newsletter, before you reach check out on our website. When you do provide us with information via our contact form, through newsletter sign up or at checkout, we will collect data such as your name, delivery and billing address, and payment details. 

Your information will only be shared with third parties such as our payment provider. Any third party that is subject to your data is required, by law, to never use or sell your information. 

Your data will be used by us to provide you with a seamless shopping experience, including processing your order, taking payment from you, supplying you with products and adhering to our cancellation and returns policy. We may contact you via email through direct correspondence or via our newsletter. We may contact you via email to let you know of any upcoming launches, sales, products, information about us and more. You can opt out of our correspondence with you at any time, simply email us on info@ostendclothing.com or unsubscribe to our emails. Please note that your data may be shared internally, so that different employees can update you about your order or other information.

All credit/debit card payments on ostendclothing.com are processed via secure Squarespace payments. We assume no liability whatsoever for the availability and functionality of this service. We assume no liability for any financial loss caused by the use of Squarespace’s payment service.
